Design & Build of Experience Worlds – Product Catalogue

Design, theming and build of experience worlds: visualisation and realisation side by side, a selection of projects from Asia and Europe, project process with schedule, modular manufacturing (stainless steel, GRP, lighting), packaging, shipping and installation.

The catalogue pages are in German. This English text version covers all contents and links to the relevant pages.

Design & Build

We design experience worlds for family entertainment centres, indoor play facilities, restaurants, theme parks and cultural tourism – from the first draft through 3D visualisation and detailed design to the fully installed facility.

Theming, interior fit-out, stainless steel and GRP elements as well as lighting technology are manufactured in modules, securely packed, delivered worldwide and installed on site. What the visualisation shows is what gets built.

Together with international partners

For equipment and theming, DEMACON3D works with experienced international design and manufacturing partners. This gives you design, modular manufacturing, delivery and installation from a single source – with one point of contact in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

In figures: 5,000+ projects designed · 800+ large-scale projects delivered · 2,000+ m² per large-scale project · 50–70 days design phase · 4 project phases · worldwide delivery & installation

01 · Visualisation & Realisation (Design Renderings · Real Site Images)

What we show is what we build: visualisation and finished facility side by side – from the indoor play centre and restaurants and facades to theme parks, artificial rock and large sculptures.

03 · Project Process

Four phases, clear timings: design contract, layout plan, rendering, detailed drawings and quotation – followed by the decoration contract, manufacturing, packaging, shipping and installation.

The Four Project Phases

Design · products · manufacturing · projects · Page 50

Design phase

From the design contract through the layout plan and 3D visualisation to detailed drawings and the quotation.

Core products & processes

Modular manufacturing, stainless steel elements, lighting technology and GRP figures – and the advantages of this construction method.

Manufacturing, packaging & transport

Standardised manufacturing with quality control, secure packaging, shipping and installation on site.

International projects

Completed facilities in Europe and Asia – from the arcade to the family entertainment centre of 15,000 m².

Design contract

Step 1 of the design phase · Page 52

Design contract

In the first step we work closely with you: we understand your design requirements, agree the design style together and clarify the functional details of the plan.

Both parties sign a design contract. It sets out the mutual responsibilities and ensures that the project runs smoothly.

Layout Plan & 3D Visualisation

Steps 2 and 3 of the design phase · Page 53

Layout plan 5–10 days

Based on your requirements and the conditions on site, the design team creates an optimised layout plan that brings function and design into harmony.

3D visualisation 25–30 days

Using modern rendering techniques, the team produces high-quality 3D visualisations that show the design concept realistically. This lets you see in advance how your project will look when it is finished.

You can be confident that the result will meet your expectations – and you can still suggest changes to design details at this stage.

Detailed Drawings & Quotation

Steps 4 and 5 of the design phase · Page 54

Detailed drawings 10–20 days

Based on the approved 3D visualisations, detailed drawings are produced with material specifications, dimensions and construction details – the exact brief for the installation team.

Professional drawings ensure precise execution. You receive a clear list of materials that makes the costs transparent.

Decoration quotation 3–10 days

Once the detailed drawings are complete, we prepare a detailed quotation based on the approved design and materials – with all costs for labour, materials and other services.

The quotation creates full cost transparency and avoids unexpected expenses during the build. Before the decoration contract is signed, the budget can be adjusted to your wishes.

Decoration contract

Step 6 · Transition to the build · Page 55

Decoration contract

The decoration contract completes the design phase and the build begins.

Manufacturing approx. 50 days · packaging approx. 10 days · loading approx. 2 days · shipping 30–60 days · installation 30–60 days

04 · Manufacturing & Products (Core Products & Processes)

Modular manufacturing makes quality predictable: components are prefabricated in the factory and only assembled on site – stainless steel, GRP figures, lighting technology and theming.
